Viktor Oboronistov viktor Oboronistov was born on July 13, 1965 in the Tavdinsky district of the Sverdlovsk region. In 1987 he moved to Yekaterinburg. He received his artistic education in the 1990s at the Khojatelev Evening Art School. He has been engaged in interior design and advertising since 1999.
He is a representative of the Ural independent art, in the sphere of creative preferences of which avant-garde painting and non-objective graphics, actionism and performances, video art and parallel cinema freely vary. He writes, he says, without image and it is easier to understand the content of the work when you read its title. But for the artist, the main pictorial side of his works: their composition, coloristics and emotional assessment by their viewer at first glance at the picture.
